fluke? or sick?

Does this look like the face of a boy who is sick? Nope. But an hour before this picture was taken, The Mayor greeted his Mamie and PopPop by throwing up twice in their driveway. Well, actually once on their driveway and once on him and his daddy while his daddy was trying to get him out of the car. We stripped him down, took him inside Mamie and PopPop's and he immediately calmed down and went to the train table. 10 minutes later he was jumping around and playing. I will ask it again...will it ever end??

I am hoping, hoping, hoping that since he hasn't had much of an appetite for the past 3 days but ate pretty well today that maybe it was too much for his still tender tummy and that is what caused him to be sick. He has been in the best mood since the incident on the driveway; he isn't acting sad and puny like he did earlier in the week when he was really sick. So fingers crossed this is the end of the road and some greener pastures are just around the corner...regardless, I will keep him home tomorrow just to be sure.
